This apple crumble pie is a delightful dessert that combines the classic flavors of apple pie with a crunchy, buttery topping.

She is filled beyond the brim with local Mutsu and Evercrisp apples tossed with sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of lemon juice. There is a generous helping of crunchy crumble, made with chai-infused brown butter.
